Important Things to Keep In Mind
- Timetables don’t begin until artwork is received and approved for print. You will be notified if there are any issues with your art. If you need help with design, advise your Account Manager and they will be able to coordinate with us to engage a designer for an additional fee.
- Special requests like requesting a rush order for production, metallic cards, adding a scratch-off label on the back of the card, etc., will be at an additional cost.
- FedEx pricing to ship is at their cost which is based on the weight of the total order and shipping method requested by you.
- To receive your gift card order prior to Black Friday, your Order Form and Custom Artwork should be received by October 5th.
- To receive your order in time for Christmas, your order should be placed prior to November 2nd.
- The rest of the year we should easily provide a 1-2 week turnaround for production, plus the time for shipping.
